Rhiana’s comprehensive expertise spans the entire HR landscape, encompassing areas such as M&A, Pre-IPO, compensation, benefits, full-scale recruiting, training, executive coaching, employee relations, talent development, HR technology, and people operations. With a proven track record in various roles within leading global organizations, Rhiana has consistently led and implemented effective HR and organizational strategies, driving tangible business outcomes. Her diverse skill set and wealth of experience make her a trusted professional, ready to enhance HR practices and catalyze success in any organizational setting.
Rhiana received her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration at DeVry University and received her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Phoenix. Rhiana is certified in a range of HR and training programs, including CEC, SHRM, PROCI-CCP, DDI-FCP, and Franklin Covey Facilitator.
